Diagnose the Issue
Download our diagnostics utility, Data Lifeguard Diagnostics, to diagnose the problem.
Create an RMA
Log into our WD Support portal and create an RMA to request your replacement product(s). Write the RMA # on at least 3 sides of the packaging.
Use WD approved packaging
Follow the packaging and shipping instructions to send in your defective product(s).
Use a traceable carrier
Make sure to use a carrier that provides a tracking number to ship your defective product(s).
